A Different Approach to Commercial Property Maintenance
Five Star Landscaping was founded on a simple idea: property managers deserve a maintenance partner they can rely on. As commercial portfolios expanded across multiple cities, managing numerous contractors became increasingly complex. Communication
suffered, service standards varied, and administrative work continued to grow.
We saw an opportunity to do things differently. Rather than simply providing landscaping services, we built a company focused on managing commercial property maintenance through one centralized team.
